HEGIAS - Product Update from March 23rd 2026

This week we are introducing improvements to the Roomplanner, an updated filter function, and new library content. Here is an overview of all the changes.

Updated Filter Function

Type: Improvement

Category filters now work correctly for non-German language settings as well. Users running HEGIAS in English or another language can now make full use of the filters.

Wall Adjustments via Value Input

Type: New Feature

In the Roomplanner, walls can now be adjusted directly via a value input in the user interface. When changing the length or thickness of an interior or exterior wall, the corresponding values are updated automatically – for more precise and efficient floor plan planning.

Save and Load Room Plans

Type: New Feature

Room plans can now be saved in the Roomplanner and reloaded at a later point in time. Projects are no longer lost and can be continued at any time.

Angle Display When Drawing and Moving Walls

Type: Improvement

When drawing or moving a wall, the angle to adjacent walls is now displayed. This makes precise wall alignment considerably easier.

Materialisation of Floors and Walls in Room Scans

Type: New Feature (Internal Testing)

Room scans now offer the option to materialise floors and walls directly. This feature is currently in internal testing and will be available to all users shortly.

Procasa Articles Updated

Type: Library

The Procasa articles in the library have been updated.

Il Bagno Alessi Washstand Units Fixed

Type: Bug Fix

Around 30 objects from the "Il Bagno Alessi" series have been revised and issues resolved. The washstand units are now correctly available in the library.
