This week the RoomScanner takes center stage: a new end-to-end B2B flow for end-customer uploads by partners, along with numerous UX/UI design improvements. Here is an overview of all the updates.


New B2B Flow for End-Customer Uploads by Partners

Type: New feature



BMS partners can now create a partner account directly via the RoomScanner app. All that is required is an email address, the customer number, and the postal code. When a new account is created, a project is automatically set up at the HEGIAS level.


Sanitary businesses that are not yet BMS partners can contact the responsible field sales representative directly through the app.


When uploading RoomScans, an end-customer email address can be added. If the end customer is already registered with BMS, no further details are needed. For a new end customer, their personal details can be recorded. This information is then shared directly with MyExhibition and does not need to be entered again when the end customer schedules an appointment.


When an end customer schedules an appointment, advisors also see a direct link to the previously uploaded scans or HEGIAS scenes.


Revised UX/UI Design

The RoomScanner's design has been revised and usability further optimized:


  • Visual improvements across the entire interface
  • Scans are saved automatically
  • Improved usability of the note and drawing function
  • Simplified upload process
  • Automatic creation of project folders on upload
