To use the BMS RoomScanner App as a partner, you need a BMS partner account. This guide walks you step by step through the registration.

You need an iPhone with a LiDAR sensor as well as a valid BMS partner number.


1. Open the Sign-in


Open the BMS RoomScanner App and tap the profile icon at the top right. Then tap Sign in.

If you already have an account, sign in with your email address and password. Otherwise, tap Create account.


2. Choose the Account Type


Under "How would you like to use the app?", select the account type Partner (for BMS partners and business accounts).

The account type Private customer is not available in the BMS version. If you are not yet a partner, tap Not a partner yet?.


3. Review the Partner Info


In the next step, your Partner Info is displayed:

  • Email
  • Customer number
  • Postal code
  • Company

These fields are pre-filled and locked. Review the details and tap Next.


4. Details and Password


Complete your personal details:

  • Last name and First name
  • Recommended by

Under Security, set a password and confirm it.

Check the box to agree to the Cloud Service Agreement (Terms of Use) and the Service Level Agreement.

Use the linked terms to open the respective documents directly.

Tap Create account.


5. Confirm Your Email


You will receive a confirmation link at your email address. Open it to activate your account.

Not found? Check your spam folder or tap Resend email.

After confirmation, you can sign in with your credentials via Sign in.
